Enthusiasm, dedication, experience, and warmth are qualities that we look for when hiring our staff.  We have a very high rate of returning staff year after year.  Many counsellors have been previous campers at Redwood, who want to give children the wonderful camp experiences that they enjoyed as a child.

Supervised by group counsellors and special instructors in all activities, each camper is well-cared for and ensured a wonderful camp experience.  With an overall camper-staff ratio of four to one, our programming and attention is focused on your child having an amazing, fun-filled camp experience in the outdoors.  We invite your child to join us in a truly exciting and memorable Redwood summer!
