All refunds are processed and sent out in mid-November.

All cancellations must be done in writing and sent via email to redwoodcountrydaycamp@gmail.com.

• If a full cancellation is made prior to March 1st you will be refunded all payments made to date less an administrative fee of $75 per child.

• Full cancellations made between March 1st and June 20th, you will be refunded all payments made to date less an administrative fee of $200 per child

• Any cancellation made after June 20th will incur a 35% administrative fee and must be made before 3 p.m. on the Thursday before the week in question.

• Any medical related cancellation after June 20th will incur a 20% administrative fee and must be accompanied by a medical note.

• There are no refunds for single days missed for any reason.

Reduction of weeks

• A reduction of weeks made prior to March 1st can be done without incurring an adminstrative fee.

​

• Reduction of weeks made between March 1st and June 20th will incur a $100 administrative fee per child.

**Redwood Day Camp reserves the right to modify or update our policy as the Ministry of Health may make recommendations and/or changes to the COVID-19 guidelines prior to and/or during the summer**
