Learning to swim helps children build confidence in the water and is an important life skill. Swimming supports physical development and coordination while improving focus and concentration. At Redwood, learning is easier when children are having fun.

Our Swim Program

Redwood offers swim instruction, recreational swim, and waterslides daily. With four heated outdoor pools, swimming twice daily and over 12 qualified lifeguards and instructors. Our swim staff ensure that the campers learn lifelong skills to gain confidence and safely enjoy the water.

Redwood has a unique swim program that parallels the Swim for Life principles. Each swimmer is tested and put in their proper swim level within their first 3 days at camp. This enables campers to move at their own speed with peers of the same level.
