The Thrill of Ziplining at Redwood

Ziplining at Redwood is an adventure that builds confidence and encourages personal growth. Our fully-guided experience ensures that every camper is equipped with the safety measures needed to enjoy this exhilarating experience worry-free.

Safety First: A Worry-Free Ziplining Experience

At Redwood, safety is our top priority. Campers wear a rock climbing harness and safety rope and are securely attached to the zipline cables, making this a hands-free, worry-free, and safe experience. The zipline is motor driven, with an automated braking system, and speed controls, so that the speed is adjusted for every age group, from 4 to 15.

Facing Fears and Building Confidence

Ziplining is more than just a thrilling zipline experience; it’s an opportunity for campers to push themselves, try something new, and gain confidence in their abilities. Many first-time zipliners start off feeling nervous, but by the end of the activity, they are embracing the heart-pounding adventure with excitement and pride.

For many campers, overcoming the challenge of ziplining teaches valuable lessons about perseverance, courage, and trust.  Stepping off the platform and gliding through the trees is a magical experience that fosters a newfound sense of confidence and self-belief.

The Beauty of the Redwood Experience

One of the best parts of ziplining at Redwood is the chance to take in spectacular views from above. As campers glide through the air, they get a bird’s-eye view of the lush growth forest surrounding the camp. This experience allows them to appreciate nature in a unique way, fostering a deeper connection to the outdoors.

Unlike traditional city experiences, ziplining at Redwood offers a chance to escape into a serene, natural setting. The feeling of flying through the air while surrounded by towering trees creates an amazing experience that campers will remember forever.
