COVID-19 Update

It is with a very heavy heart that we have come to the decision of cancelling our summer 2020 day camp program. We know how much your children need camp and how important it is for them to see their friends and be active.  We have examined all the government guidelines for day camps and have not been able to find a way to maintain every protocol, keep our campers and staff safe, and offer the quality of programming that we have been able to give to our camp families for the past 45 years.

Having a summer without the daily adventures we have with our wonderful campers, their families and our amazing staff is so difficult to imagine so we have been looking at different ways that we can all carry the spirit of Redwood with us until we can gather together again.  .  We are looking at ways for Redwood families to come to our site, and hope to provide some exciting possibilities in the near future.

We have also begun to create a new website called Virtually Redwood with camp activities and fun songs for our campers and staff to enjoy from afar.  We know it will not replace camp, but it is our way to keep a connection with our families until we meet again

Please let your children know that we will be spending the next 12 months preparing for an amazing 2021 camp season.  We will get back to all the things our Redwood campers love most about camp - the laughter, the outings, the friendships, the fun, and gathering with friends

We can’t wait to see you all here again soon!
